Phase #1

Briefing:

We value your unique needs and preferences, which is why we offer a personalized approach. Whether through detailed phone consultations or an invitation to our showroom, we take the time to understand your vision and introduce you to the range of possibilities we can offer. Let us guide you through our offerings and help you make informed decisions that will bring your dream kitchen and interior design to life.

Phase #2

Design Proposal:

With our comprehensive design proposal, we aim to provide you with a clear understanding of our vision for your project. We will present you with a detailed layout plan, including a cost estimation, ensuring transparency and clarity about where your investment will be allocated. Our team will take the time to explain every aspect of the design, ensuring that you have a complete understanding of how your money will be spent, giving you the confidence to proceed with us.

Phase #3

Commencement:

Upon confirmation of the quotation and design, we will promptly initiate the ordering process for the customized cupboards. The lead time for the cupboards is estimated to be approximately 4 weeks. Additionally, the stone installation process will require an additional 10 days. Rest assured, we will closely monitor the progress to ensure a seamless and timely execution of your project.

Phase #4

Defect Fixing:

Once the cupboards and stone are installed, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to identify any potential defects. We will create a comprehensive defect list and promptly address each issue to ensure your kitchen is perfected to your satisfaction. Additionally, we are proud to offer a generous 2-year warranty, providing you with peace of mind and assurance of our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
